Nicholas Fung is an experienced litigator with over a decade of diverse legal experience, having successfully handled a wide spectrum of complex cases, including high-stakes breaches of contract, fraud claims, shareholders' disputes, and derivative actions.
Renowned as a trusted authority in employment law, he offers strategic counsel on matters such as trade disputes, contracts of service, regulatory compliance, industrial actions, judicial reviews, dismissals, organisational restructuring, retrenchments, and disciplinary proceedings. He has independently led numerous complex hearings and trials, earning a reputation for achieving favourable outcomes through meticulous preparation and persuasive advocacy.
Outside the courtroom, he frequently delivers talks and training sessions to corporate clients and industry associations, sharing insights on evolving legal trends and best practices in dispute resolution and employment law.
Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Reading. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2014 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015.
